To be considered for any of our events you will need:
- Minimum £5 Million Public Liability Insurance;
- Risk Assessment;
Food & drink traders will also need:
- FSA Rating of 4 or 5;
- Electrical & Gas Safety Certificates;
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
You will need to supply any gazebos/tables/chairs/generators etc that you'll need.
General site lighting is provided where events run in hours of darkness but no individual pitch power is provided.
There is a water point on site for general use.
We do not allow vendors selling the same products - it's not good for your businesses and boring for the customers.

If you signed up to our portal last year, your account will work on evnto, otherwise you'll need to create a new account.
