We're on the lookout for the most interesting activities to complement our events!
To be considered for any of our events you will need:
- Minimum £5 Million Public Liability Insurance;
- Risk Assessment;
You will need to supply any gazebos/tables/chairs/generators etc that you'll need.
General site lighting is provided where events run in hours of darkness but no individual pitch power is provided.
There is a water point on site for general use.
We do not allow vendors with the same activities - it's not good for your businesses and boring for the customers.
Please noteWe won't accept funfair applications for our Stow Firework Spectacular event due to a long standing arrangement with a provider who is part of the Showman's Guild.
We've partnered with evnto for our trader applications for 2026.

If you signed up to our portal last year, your account will work on evnto, otherwise you'll need to create a new account.
